Next day delivery - 24 hour service
Please note, next day deliveries are only available on working days (Monday - Friday). When selecting next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm you will receive your order on the next working day (Monday). If you place your order after 3pm on a Friday it will not be posted until the next working day (Monday), meaning you will receive your order on the Tuesday. Working days exclude bank holidays.
Special delivery - guaranteed next day
Please note, guaranteed deliveries are only available Monday - Saturday. When selecting special delivery if the order is placed before 3pm you will receive your order on the following day. Returns
Our standard returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery for all online orders and 7 days for in-store purchases. However, to make your holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our returns period for Christmas. Any purchases made after December 1st, 2024, can be returned or exchanged until January 5th, 2025.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
If returning from overseas, please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are your responsibility. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once.
Please note that any custom duties or taxes incurred upon receiving your order are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the customs authorities of your country and are beyond our control.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Prepare the Item: Ensure it’s packed securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
2. Visit Royal Mail Returns Portal: Access the link provided below to access the Royal Mail Returns Portal.

3. Enter Details: Input necessary information including order number, purchase date (dd/mm/yy), and reason for return.
4. Print Label: If opting for the Royal Mail Returns option, print the label provided.
5. Attach Label: Affix the label securely to the package.
6. Drop-off Parcel: Take the packaged item to your nearest Post Office for drop-off.
7. Obtain Proof of Postage: Request a receipt or tracking number upon handing over the package at the Post Office counter.
8. Monitor Return Progress: Keep track of the return’s progress using the provided tracking number.
9. Await Confirmation: Expect to receive an email notification once the return has been processed.
