The FR Flight Cap from Snow Peak is the headwear piece designed for the campfire. The flame-resistant fabric is inherently FR — the protective quality is part of the fibre structure rather than a finish applied to a standard fabric. This means the cap maintains its flame resistance through repeated machine washing without degradation. The flight cap silhouette is functional and slightly considered: close-fitting but with enough structure to hold its shape.

The FR designation does not mean the cap is designed only for fire use. It reads cleanly in the city, on the trail, and at the camp in equal measure. • The FR properties are inherent to the fabric, not a coating — they survive normal washing

• Inspect the fabric periodically for damage; holes or tears reduce the protective coverage area
