The Nome Parka is Rains' heavier cold-weather outer — a PU-coated polyester exterior with an insulated lining designed for conditions where warmth and waterproofing are required simultaneously. The construction meets the same waterproof standard as the lighter jackets in the range, with a filling that handles the temperature drop of British winters.

A hood structured to hold its shape covers the head without pulling forward in wind. The full-length front zip closes cleanly against the elements. The longer length extends below the hip, covering the body more completely than a shorter outer and providing additional protection when standing in sustained rain.

A coat built specifically for the conditions that require both warmth and full waterproofing at once, without compromise on either.
