Crepe Brush

The Crepe Brush is the starting point for any suede or nubuck maintenance session — used before the Omni'Nettoyant cleaner, before the Suede Renovator Spray, and as the finishing step after the spray has dried. Its natural crepe rubber surface provides the specific type of friction required to lift the suede nap: firm enough to raise compressed fibres, gentle enough not to pull or tear the surface.

Suede maintained regularly with a Crepe Brush presents significantly better than suede that is only treated when visibly dirty. The weekly dry-brush prevents soiling from becoming embedded in the nap, keeps the surface texture consistent between seasonal renovation treatments, and removes the light surface dust that dull suede progressively from wear. It is the most used and least glamorous product in a proper suede care kit — and the most important.
