Product Details

Buzz Rickson's reproduction of the U.S. Marine Corps P-44 herringbone twill combat trouser — issued from 1944 in the Pacific theatre as a lightweight, durable alternative to the older denim utility suit. Cut from 8.2 oz cotton HBT in a high-density weave, with a wide leg, high rise, slightly tapered hem and the period-correct flap pocket on the seat that originally carried a gas mask.

Built in Toyo Enterprises' Tokyo workshop on vintage industrial machines, with double-stitched flat-felled seams, custom USMC-stamped metal buttons, a wind flap fly, seven belt loops and embroidered eyelets for hook-style P1941 suspenders (suspenders not included).
